Interest rate decision and webcast
At 8:55 a.m. the Statement of the Committee will be posted on the Bank‘s website and at 10:00 a webcast will begin. The webcast will be available here.
Már Guðmundsson, Governor of the Central Bank of Iceland and Chairman of the Monetary Policy Committee, and Arnór Sighvatsson, Deputy Governor and Monetary Policy Committee member, will explain the rationale behind the Committee‘s decision.
As before, the Bank does not take responsibility for technological difficulties or other circumstances that could prevent viewers from being able to watch the webcast.
