The Central Bank of Iceland leaves its policy rate unchanged

The Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Iceland has decided to leave the policy interest rate unchanged at 13.75%. The arguments in support of the decision will be presented in a press release which will be issued on the Bank's website after 11 a.m. GMT today.

The next policy rate decision by the Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Iceland will be announced on Thursday, February 14, 2008.
